Family law for the changes you didn’t plan, estate law for the ones you can. The same promise in both: plain answers, a fixed fee and a partner who knows your file.

Family law
Led by Claire Hollis and Priya Nand. Most of our cases settle without a trial, and we prepare every one as if it might not.

Estate planning and probate
Led by Mateo Reyes. Plans written for your actual family, and a calm hand when an estate has to be settled.
Fixed fees, agreed in writing before we start.
Legal bills shouldn’t be a second source of stress. For most matters you know the full price before you sign anything.
Your consultation fee is credited toward the flat fee if you hire us.
Court filing fees are listed separately, at cost, with no markup.
Payment in two or three installments is available on every flat fee.
If a case becomes contested, we give you a written estimate before any hourly work.

Family law
Estate planning and probate
Contested matters are billed hourly ($325 to $425 depending on the attorney), always with a written estimate first. Fees shown are for Colorado matters and do not include court costs.
The same four stages for a divorce or a trust. You always know which one you’re in and what happens next.

A partner on every matter.
Claire and Mateo started the firm in 2009 after a decade at larger Denver firms, where clients rarely saw the partner whose name was on the door.
Here, one of them reviews every file, and you have their direct line.
“Claire told us exactly what the divorce would cost on the first day, and that’s what we paid. I didn’t expect to feel calm during the worst year of my life, but I mostly did.”
Former family law client, Aurora
“Mateo explained our trust with a drawing on a legal pad. Our kids finally understand the plan, and so do we.”
Estate planning clients, Lakewood
“After my father died I had a box of papers and no idea where to start. Jordan called me back the same afternoon.”
Probate client, Denver
Shared with the clients’ permission. Names are withheld for privacy. Every matter is different, and prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Before you call.
The questions people ask us most often. Anything else, ask Jordan on the free call.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The 15-minute call is free and without commitment. It lets us check for conflicts, understand your situation and book you with the right attorney. The 60-minute consultation that follows is $250, credited toward your flat fee if you hire us.
