We begin with a review call and a short written checklist. Then we open the estate with the court, send the required notices, prepare the inventory, pay debts and taxes, and distribute what remains. Many Colorado estates can be settled informally, without hearings.
What it costs
Probate is a fixed fee per phase, from $4,500 in total for most estates. Small estate affidavits are quoted separately.
