What this covers
Parenting plans and parenting time schedules
Decision-making responsibility for school, health and religion
Child support calculations
Relocation with a child
Changing an existing order
How it works
The court decides based on the best interests of the child. In practice, that means stability, each parent’s involvement, and the child’s own needs. We start with your weekly reality: school, work, holidays, travel, and how decisions are made today.
Most parents agree on a plan with our help or in mediation. When they can’t, we prepare the evidence and present it clearly.
What it costs
A parenting plan is a flat fee of $2,200, including one round of revisions with the other parent and filing. Changes to an existing order are quoted in writing before we start.
