What this covers
Divorce and legal separation
Parenting plans and changes to them
Disputes after the divorce is final
How it works
Sessions last two to three hours, in person or by video. Both spouses attend, and we work through each topic in order: parenting, support, property. At the end, the mediator writes up what you agreed.
Because the mediator can’t give either of you legal advice, we encourage each spouse to have their own attorney review the agreement before signing.
What it costs
Mediation is $300 an hour, shared between the spouses. There is no retainer for the first session.
Flat fee
$300 an hour, shared
