What this covers
Drafting a prenuptial agreement
Reviewing an agreement drafted by your partner’s attorney
Postnuptial agreements after marriage
How it works
Colorado law expects full financial disclosure from both sides and an agreement both of you sign voluntarily. Each partner should have their own attorney. We recommend signing at least 30 days before the wedding, so nobody feels rushed.
What it costs
A prenuptial agreement is a flat fee of $2,500, including drafting, negotiation with the other attorney and the signing meeting.
